On the other hand, Visitoons Chat is a virtual chat platform where users are immersed in a virtual world. People can join friends or meet new people, with a fully integrated interface optimized for chatting.
Visitoons Company brief
Visitoons is a company formed by a group of young professionals specialized in IT, communication, networks and new technologies, dedicated to the task of investigating and developing tools to improve the diverse ways of communicating on the Web.
Visitoons started as a project in July 2007. Since then, over 50 professionals have collaborated in creating the Visitoons platform, based on virtual worlds technology. In January 2008, the company launched Visitoons Mix, a system that allows Internet users to interact live with the rest of the people browsing the same Web page. Only a few months later, in July 2008, Visitoons Chat was launched on the Latin American market, and is scheduled to be realeased for the global market on November 2008.
